To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl123's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the jl123 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl123 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jl123 may forfeit all bonus funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any remaining balance. Where termination occurs for no-fault reasons (e.g., regulatory direction), jl123 will endeavor to return verified real-money balances to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to compliance checks.
Players may voluntarily close their jl123 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses; bonus funds not yet cleared will be forfeited upon closure.
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement, or your use of jl123 services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In cases where the Player and jl123 agree to arbitration, proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, in the English language, in Metro Manila.
jl123 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the jl123 platform with the effective date clearly indicated. For material changes, jl123 will endeavor to provide advance notice via in-platform notification or email to your registered address.
Your continued use of jl123 services following publication of amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using jl123 services and may request account closure.
